The Royal Room is All Ages until 10pm. All our staff are fully vaccinated, and we ask that our patrons be vaccinated as well.
Come join the party as we celebrate the outstanding achievements of Seattle jazz artists in 2022. The ceremony recognizes both emerging talent and Seattle veterans from all jazz genres. Special awards are also presented to people or groups that have made extraordinary contributions in 2022, perhaps through a remarkable presentation, support to fellow artists, or new initiatives in education or collaboration.
Helping us celebrate is the Marina Albero Trio. Highly acclaimed and passionate composer, pianist and community organizer Marina Albero leads a trio featuring Kelsey Mines on bass and Xavier Lecouturier on drums. Both talented and experienced bandleaders in their own right, Kelsey Mines and Xavier Lecouturier were both 2022 recipients of the Earshot Jazz Commissions program. The Golden Ear Awards Ceremony will be hosted by the multi-talented, Alex Dugdale.
