Advance tickets can only be purchased online-we do not sell advance tickets at the venue. Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the event. The Royal Room is All Ages until 10pm.
Every Monday, with occasional exceptions for holidays or special events, The South Hudson Music Project presents New Music Mondays from 7.30- 9 p.m. at The Royal Room. Typically they are followed by the Monday Night Jazz Jam, at 9, hosted by Thomas Marriott.
New Music Mondays focuses on improvised music, experimental music, and the outer boundaries of jazz. Many New Music Mondays feature the Royal Room Collective Music Ensemble. Other nights are often led by members of the ensemble, sharing the same pursuit of combining composition, improvisation, conduction and other avenues to foster the new and unexpected.
