Given the spike in covid-19 in our area, new guidance by Washington State, and the concern of the band for their bandmates and families, and the Royal Room’s concern for our staff, the hard decision was made to cancel this event. We hope to reschedule when it is safe to do so.

The 1 Uppers is an original country band that harkens back to a better time in country music. They are dedicated to sad songs, tight harmonies, guitar solos and playing for the dancers. On December 4th, join the 1 Uppers for their virtual return of the Twang Royale. For over 2 years, 1 Uppers played a monthly country Twang Royale at the Royal Room. Expect to hear the same twang, but plan to dance in the comfort of your own home! Listeners can expect to hear favorites from both 1 Uppers records, some brand-new songs as well as the occasional cover song.
