Q: Is the Royal Room ADA accessible?

A: Yes! There are no stairs at our main entrance and most of our seating is accessible by wheelchair.

 

Q: Do you take reservations?

A: Yes! We are now accepting reservations for diners. After purchasing tickets, please visit the Reservations page to book a table. Table reservations require advance tickets, and are only for guests who plan to dine at the Royal Room. We do not take reservations over the phone.

 

Q: Is the Royal Room an all-ages venue? 

A: Minors are permitted at the Royal Room until 10 PM daily. The bar area is 21+ at all times.

 

Q: What time do you open? Google says you are open at 5PM.

A: Our opening time depends on the show. Doors are usually one hour prior to showtime. Please check the specific event page on the website for details.

 

Q: Can I get a refund for my tickets?

A: Refunds are available until 48 hours prior to the day of the show. Please send a screenshot of your ticket confirmation to support@boldtypetickets.com.
