Izzy Majcher is an alternative rock artist from Seattle, Washington. After years of playing in Seattle bands, including fronting the band Intrinsic Factor and playing drums for Feeling People Feeling People, Majcher has started releasing music under his own name, starting with debut single “Beware of Mr. Majcher”. With this song, he establishes himself as a new voice in the Seattle rock scene, combining deep synthesizers, distorted guitars and post-punk drumming into a driving song that at once feels familiar and brand-new. He is a solo artist determined to make the most interesting indie-rock that he can, while using his own unique style and songwriting. He combines elements for various genres, such as the heavy-hitting drums of Death From Above 1979, the electronics of Holy Fuck and the saxophones of Sons of Kemet. He fluidly pulls together elements from classical, jazz and hard-rock into his indie-rock style and uses those sounds to craft well-thought-out and catchy songs.

Described as “dark Lomelda,” “if Mitski and Deftones had a lovechild,” and “criminally f*xking underrated,” BOK SUNA, based in Seattle, started out as an underground guerilla distributor for zines advocating for human rights and sociopolitical justice before eventually evolving into a series of interconnected, multimedia archives centered around expressions of feminine rage through avenues in activism, publication, program development, community outreach, music, and the arts.
