Every Monday, with occasional exceptions for holidays or special events, The South Hudson Music Project presents New Music Mondays from 7.30- 9 p.m. at The Royal Room. Typically they are followed by the Monday Night Jazz Jam, at 9, hosted by Thomas Marriott.

New Music Mondays focuses on improvised music, experimental music, and the outer boundaries of jazz.

Tonight: James Falzone presents his Division Quintet, a new ensemble formed to play his original music.
